• OSHC fees are charged at a nominal rate upon registration. These rates can be found in the fees table.

INFORMATION ON GUARDIANSHIP FOR STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

• According to Australian law, it is compulsory for all student visa holders under 18 years old to have a guardian or a career. Thus, parents are required to nominate a responsible adult who lives in Australia to be the guardian for their son/daughter if they are under 18 years of age when they commence their studies in Australia.
• If parents are not able to nominate a guardian, Global Training Academy can arrange guardianship and homestay accommodation for the young students at a nominal cost. Please contact us for more information.
• Students should take note that the guardian nominated by your parents will be considered by the College to have the legal authority to make decisions in all matters including your education, accommodation, personal safety, and emergency medical treatments while you are studying with us.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

To Enroll in any of our courses, you may apply to Global Training Academy directly or through one of our representatives in Australia or in your home country.

STEP 1: SUBMIT THE COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM AND ATTACH THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

• Download and complete the Global Training Academy Application Form
• Attach certified copies of your last two years’ school reports
• Attach any evidence of your English proficiency (e.g. IELTS etc.)
• Attach a photocopy of the particulars page in your passport (if applicable)
• Send the completed form to Global Training Academy by email, fax, or post.

STEP 2: MAKE THE PAYMENT INDICATED IN THE LETTER OF OFFER AND THEN WAIT FOR YOUR ECOE FOR YOUR STUDENT VISA APPLICATION

• If your application is successful, we will issue a Letter of Offer for the course you have applied for within 2 working days
• Make the payment for the required fees indicated in the Letter of Offer
• Once the payment is received, we will issue you an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) for your student visa application
• Once you get the student visa, please advise us of your arrival details if you need us to pick you up at the airport
• Arrive at the college on time for your orientation and enrolment on Day 1
